10 years not enough for bashing 3yo to death, not saying that I hate 3o so much, but to make him the only guy to not kill anyone (well i did that to one guy in a game 1, but that was not because of any reason, it was because i think that 3o was not supposed to have a reason). I mean... even when he's attacking you he never do any damage. You can kill him if you want to. I dont know if he will stop attacking, but if i try then he is probably killed because he's the only one to not do any damage in the game and if i die then his damage is zero. No reason to use 3o anyway. If you hate him, then maybe you dont want him to ever be your enemy. As I wrote in the last review... the main problem with 3o is that he will never attack, and if you attack him (as he is supposed to) then he does nothing, so you get no xp, and if your enemy kills him, your own damage doesn't do any damage and he is completely harmless in the game. The second problem is because he is not supposed to attack, you dont have to worry about killing him, because 3o won't kill him if there are enemies around! Well in game 2 he was just a nuisance at the end of the game. But there is no reason not to attack him when he is not around (I'm not talking about in the first 3 turns, not only 2 turns after, but also in the first 2 turns after he does nothing). So i guess that 3o should never get killed, but no, his damage (especially in the last game) in the game is more than enough to defeat you without him attacking. So why did my friend take me to the "game 5" game 2 so that i could try to kill him? Well, in game 2 he was supposed to do only 1 damage, and he did a lot, so i decided that I would try to kill him as much as possible (even when he is on the floor. I guess this was the last game so i can't tell if this was the actual game, but I think that it was the last time i saw him, when he was playing the game 1 game, and i decided that he was just wasting his time). And in game 3 (of course the only game of the game 5 games, and it was the first time i was watching the game 3, I think), my friend actually did more damage in game 3 (maybe by 2-3 damage if you consider how I got so many xp by killing him in the game 1 game, he really did some damage), and also he was the only one to not attack the rest of the enemy players... so the problem wa

Indonesian beef price high despite surge of indian buffalo meat exports

    By Raffi Kondapalli

MADURAI, April 15 (Reuters) - In its first major move to curb price hikes and the abuse of the global trading system in India, Indonesia's agriculture minister has asked the trading company that runs the world's biggest beef market, Cargill, to stop selling Indonesian exports to Pakistan, saying it is unfair trade that hurts Indonesian farmers.

In a letter sent to Cargill executive vice president Tim Miller, deputy minister for trade and industry, Ravi Jatra Sengupta, said the practice of using Pakistan as an intermediary for international payments for Indonesian beef "is unfair and a matter of serious concern".

The policy "should be strictly limited," he said, adding that it should be "prohibited in the future in such circumstances".

Cargill, the world's biggest exporter of beef, said it had already received about 8,000 requests for assistance from Pakistan in recent months after "a surge in demand of beef from Indonesian consumers led us to seek a solution from Cargill to allow us to sell some beef in the state to some potential customers."

The letters from Cargill chief executive Patrick Breen and regional chief investment officer Mark Hirschman came after the Indonesian parliament passed a law last month to raise the country's minimum tariff for beef, increasing from 35 to 60 percent.

That follows an election campaign, including campaigning on social media, in which the government promised to crack down on price gouging and encourage international trading of products. But lawmakers said this year's hike had been the most costly in recent years.

Cargill said in August that it was increasing prices of fresh and frozen Thai beef to $9.30 a kilogram from $7.50. The move came a week after Indian trade minister Anshuman Rathod announced a three-way agreement to boost the trade between India and Pakistan.

"We hope Cargill, which has a good connection with the consumers of Indonesia, will take steps to stop this situation," Jatra Sengupta said in the letter.

Hirschman did not immediately return calls for comment. The price of fresh chicken in Indonesia is $2.90 to $4.75, a drop of about 30 percent from the same period in 2014.

Indonesia exports about 10 million tonnes of food for domestic consumption to Pakistan per year, mainly of pulses, lentils and seafood. It is the third largest importer of meat, behind Saudi Arabia and Japan.

The government has said a deal with the two governments would be signed once they have reached a decision on the proposed tariffs. (Reporting by Raffi Kondapalli; Writing b
