  After I originally left a comment I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are
  added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added
  I get four emails with the same comment. Is there a way
  you are able to remove me from that service? Thanks!

  First off I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
  I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing.
  I've had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out
  there. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like
