  One thing I have actually noticed is the fact that there are plenty of misguided beliefs regarding the lenders intentions any time talking about foreclosure. One fairy tale in particular is always that the bank wants your house. The lender wants your hard earned dollars, not your house. They want the cash they lent you with interest.
